United Methodist Men’s Scholarship
Our United Methodist Men have awarded their 2011 Laity Memorial Educational Award to Nicole Hershberger. She has made the committee very happy that she is a part of our extended family at Baldwin Community. Her Christian faith and continued involvement with the community will help her serve as a witness to Jesus Christ. We hope she has a great experience in school at Edinboro University.
This group of men raises funds twice a year to support a small scholarship program for our college students. Usually one child is awarded a small amount for their first year of college. This group of men has a yearly barbeque and a yearly pancake festival. They are usually very active in church service projects throughout the year.
